Background Raised on a farm, but not "brought up in a barn," Jonathan began his career as a young child selling his family's vegetables at the roadside stand. Mom always said that if we sat outside near our display sales would increase! Jonathan is now a proud dad of two sons, Noah and Isaac, with his wife Ellie.

Projects He leads food retailers through a reinvention process to improve retail strategy, displays, merchandising techniques, signage, fixtures, and retail environments to drive profitability. Jonathan builds custom solutions in food courts, restaurants, farm markets, fresh produce departments, specialty and natural food retailers, and for food manufacturers.
Jonathan loves to help retailers drive incremental sales, building average guest checks, cross merchandising, and build compelling food displays that "tell a story."
Jonathan has extensive direct farm produce marketing experience in open air farmers markets. He later traded frozen fruits vegetables and juice concentrates internationally calling on food manufacturers. He was a merchandising and management team member at Wegmans Food Markets in Buffalo, NY. where he increased organic produce sales by 25% in 9 months. He supported the marketing department at Rich Food Products in Toppings, Icings, and Desserts. Jonathan holds a Food Marketing and Distribution Degree from the School of Hospitality & Service Management at Rochester Institute of Technology.
